What is your turnaround time?
We try to maintain a 7-10 business day turnaround time max for most orders. However, it can fluctuate depending on our current production schedule. If you have a firm due date for your order, please ask before proceeding.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes! If time allows. Fees may apply.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
Yes! A 50% deposit is required to begin production and create proofs for your approval.
Do you have minimums?
Minimums vary. Please contact us for further information
Can I provide my own garments?
Yes. Please review our terms on providing your own items on our Terms & Conditions page.
Do you offer Shipping?
Yes. We ship nationwide.
Screen Printing
What type of files do you accept?
Vector files are required in order to ensure your print comes out crystal clear. If you do not have a vector file, we can help you create it.
Photoshop - Flatten your artwork and keep it on one layer. All text should be converted to smart objects. Transparent background.
Illustrator - Group your artwork together. All text should be converted to outlines.
What are your minimums?
12 pieces per print color. For further information, click here.
What is the max image size that you can screen print?
Vertical orientation: 12.5”X14”
Horizontal orientation: 13"x12.5"
How many colors can you print?
Up to 6 spot colors. However, we are capable of CMYK and simulated process to create full color images.
Can you match my Pantone color?
Yes. Fees apply.
Are there any setup fees?
Direct To Garment (DTG)
What type of files do you accept?
Vector and high resolution PDF, and PNG files.
Photoshop -Flatten your artwork and keep it on one layer. All text should be converted to smart objects. Transparent background.
Illustrator - Group your artwork together. All text should be converted to outlines.
What are your minimums?
No minimum!
What material are you able to print on?
100% cotton. The less cotton, the less quality the print.
What is the max image size that you can print with DTG?
12.25”X16”
How many colors can you print?
DTG is a full color process. Unlimited colors!
Can you match my Pantone color?
No. DTG only uses CMYK colors since it's digitally printed.
Why do I see a hollow box around the print?
In order to print white with DTG, a solution must be sprayed onto the substrate. Once washed, solution is removed.

If I give you a drawing of what I want, can you recreate it?
Yes!
Do you do custom designs?
Yes. Please provide as much detail AS POSSIBLE. Sketches and screenshots help. That way we understand the aesthetic of what you're looking to get done. Once we receive all details, we send you a quote.
